From Scattered to Scalable

Brand Therapy Case Study: Jordan Sanders of Full Intentions

When Jordan first came to Die Free Studios, she was simply interested in a website project for her new brand Full Intentions – a holistic therapy, personal training and movement practice. Through scheduling conflicts she ended up building her initial frame of a website before we had a chance to work together (I already loved the initiative). By the time we we’re able to work together, I came in to audit her website, giving her specific things to update and change based on her goals and dive into her overall brand to outline how she can actively pursue growth now that she just started. This is where Brand Therapy entered the chat.

Jordan wasn’t lacking skill, credibility, or passion. She was already a licensed therapist, certified trainer, and former Division I athlete. On paper, she had everything she needed to run Full Intentions.

What she didn’t have was clarity on how she’d strategically move forward without over exerting her efforts and getting caught up in the busy work so many founders do.

Jordan was juggling clients in therapy sessions, personal training, workshops, and performance coaching—each one meaningful, but not yet working together. Her brand and focus felt fragmented. She knew people needed what she offered, but Full Intentions approach — the combination of mental, emotional, and physical health services — wasn’t landing clearly or consistently. Growth felt possible, but unpredictable.

At the same time, Jordan was holding a bigger vision: building a practice that didn’t rely solely on her one-on-one sessions, creating impact through workshops and partnerships, and eventually stepping into a leadership role rather than staying in constant delivery mode. She signed up for Brand Therapy because she didn’t want another marketing tactic—she wanted an approach to building her brand that aligned with who she was and what she truly wanted.

We started by grounding the brand messaging in telling the key stories around her lived experience: her journey as an athlete, the pressure of high performance, and the deeper understanding she gained through therapy and movement. From there, we clarified what Full Intentions actually is—a whole-person performance practice where mental health, physical training, and education intersect.

Once the foundation was clear, everything else accelerated… A LOT!

Jordan shared her founder’s story publicly for the first time via Instagram. It became her highest-engaging post at the time—naturally validating that showing up naturally, using her voice, not perfection, was the growth lever. On-camera content followed and quickly became her second strongest performer, reinforcing her authority and relatability (and getting her DM’s blown up with leads signing up for therapy services).

I should pause by saying that was set out to work together for 3 months and anchored our time together in her goal of getting 10 personal training clients by the end of the 90 days together.

She booked 10 personal training clients in the first 2.5 weeks.

With the quick growth, we restructured her training sessions into monthly retainers, creating more stable, predictable revenue for her. She also secured and delivered a paid mental skills workshop at a local gym, finding that workshops were great for brand awareness and a strong client lead magnet.

Through our marketing strategy, bi-weekly sessions, and weekly accountability via Slack, Jordan built real systems around batching and scheduling content across Instagram and TikTok, leading to her growing her Instagram following by over 100% and launching her TikTok (focusing on attracting clients into her inbox vs. worrying about followers) from zero to 211 followers in three months.

She started building strategic visibility on LinkedIn, intentionally connecting with athletic directors and school counselors to grow the workshop/speaking engagement leg of her business.

Most importantly, Jordan stopped building a business that depended solely on her. She hired and onboarded three additional therapists, officially transitioning Full Intentions from a solo practice into a growing group practice.

Today, Jordan has clarity, traction, and a roadmap for the year ahead. Brand Therapy didn’t just help her grow—it helped her build something that is sustainable with her interest, positions her as the leader, and can last.
