Before our Vision Call, you’ll receive a portal to upload your text, content, and visuals that will be on the site.

These must be ready BEFORE our call. This ensures we have time to review and prevent overtime fees.

We will dive into the design. You have 2 rounds of reworking the visual direction (don’t worry, we always make sure you launch a website you love).

Once the design is complete, we will send you an invite to the site, connect your domain for you, and schedule a live tutorial call.

During this call, we’ll walk you through how to use and update your site. You will receive this recording.

You have 5 days of support following our call.

If you need more support down the line, you are always able to book STUDIO HOURS for design updates and changes.
